  75. Welcome to Bookkeeping By Design.  The
  76. menu bar on this window has only one
  77. choice, which is the &File choice.  Use
  78. this selection to perform operations on
  79. an entire company, such as create a com-
  80. pletely new company or totally delete an
  81. existing company.  To see the &File menu,
  82. point your mouse cursor arrow at "&File"
  83. and click the left-hand mouse button, or
  84. hold the ALT key down on your keyboard and
  85. press the letter &F.  There are seven op-
  86. tions on this menu.  To select an option
  87. once the &File menu is in view, either
  88. click on the desired choice with your
  89. mouse or press the letter key on your key-
  90. board which corresponds to the underlined
  91. letter on the choice.

  93. If you select to &Open, create &New, &Repair,
  94. or &Delete a company, another Dialog Box
  95. will appear to ask which company you mean.
